Well, Trump is incompetent and doesn't know what he should be doing as President of the United States. He and his family/staff never expected he'd win. Trump didn't quite get what he's getting himself into. And, Jarvanka controls everything.
That's it! The author wrote 22 chapters to illustrate this with examples/inside gossip from different not-so-trusted sources; this made the book feel like tabloid gossip/a collection of fake news.
I recommend reading it only if you want to know these stories [that aren't supported by clear refenceces]. Beyond that, there is nothing more to this book.
